I love books. Over the years, I’ve read (and – often – listened to) countless stories, ideas, and perspectives that have shaped my thinking, challenged my views, and entertained me in ways I never expected. While I haven’t reviewed every book I’ve ever read – or even two percent of them, I took the time to jot down thoughts on over 50 of them. You can browse my reviews here:

Sharing this list makes me wish I’d done a book review of every book I’ve ever read. I remember having that same wish in grade school, middle school, high school, during my time in the service, in college, and many times since. Some books I’ve revisited decades later, only to wish I had notes from my first encounter with them.
Books have an incredible way of growing with us. The same book read at different points in life can offer entirely new insights. That’s why I enjoy reviewing them—it helps capture my thoughts in the moment and might even help someone else decide whether a book is worth their time.
These book reviews are shared here because many of these books (especially more recent titles) were chosen partly for their appropriateness for blog posts here in Bloggey.com. I hope many will give you an idea of how this blog may take shape.
